Go to M-Pesa → Lipa na M-Pesa → Pay Bill → enter your paybill number → enter your meter number as the account number → enter the amount → confirm with your PIN. You may receive a token via SMS to enter into your meter.

Use the Reconcile Token tool above — no login needed. Enter your M-Pesa reference number and meter number to recover your token instantly. If the transaction is not found, fill in the support form linked in the tool.

Use the Read Meter Remotely tool above. Enter your paybill number and meter number to see your remaining units, valve state, and battery level. This works for online (DCU-connected) meters. For offline meters, use Last 5 Tokens to check your most recent token.

Sign in as a Company Owner and go to your company dashboard → Meters tab. Each meter row has a Linked Unit dropdown — select the tenant's unit number to link them. Tenants will then receive low-balance SMS and email alerts automatically.
